💖Heart Flow Therapy 💖

I was just singing the evening away and Heart Flow Therapy is on my mind and how best to put across the ideas. Then I did the usual review of the recordings to write the notes up. HFT starts at 22:00. The new stuff was about Wabbit escaping to the woods, collars and chains….🤔…..I said Horizontal when I meant vertical 😂. “If you shower on your side the screen will be in position” 😂 Hey folks ….Grrr….that was a joke. It does work when you're horizontal though. I do it in my plank position all the time. The rest is in emails about five years ago. Alot of stuff I wrote in emails 5 years ago. Stuff about The Wall of the conscious mind. Then they came and arrested me.
